Description Title: Clinical Program Manager
Location: MD, Gaithersburg - Corporate Headquarters

Position Summary:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
o Lead operational activities for multiple trials
o Lead multiple cross functional project teams
o Manage all CRO activity for assigned trials
o Plan and lead Investigator Meetings
o Forecast and manage Clinical Trial budgets
o Responsible for Clinical Trial timelines
o Lead data review process for CPM team
o Lead process improvement initiatives
o Review and approves protocol and template Informed Consent Forms

o Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects

o Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects

Educational Requirements Requirements/Qualifications:
Education:
o BA/BS + minimum 7 years or equivalent

Experience:
o Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field.
o General knowledge of other related disciplines.
o Specific knowledge of data collection and review
o Specific knowledge of specimen and lab collection, regulatory processes, compliance, and IVR
o Thorough comprehension of assigned training curriculum
